Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of 3D printed parts, refunds are generally not possible once production has started. However, we will work with you to resolve quality issues.

Advance Payments

Orders typically require an advance payment of 50% to commence material procurement and production planning. The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch or handover unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Eligibility and Amounts

  • Before production and before material purchase: Eligible for full refund of advance.
  • After material purchase or preparation begins (but before printing): Eligible for a refund of the advance minus the actual material and preparation costs already incurred.
  • After printing/production has started: The advance becomes non‑refundable due to the custom nature of the work and materials consumed.
  • Special‑order/custom materials: Non‑refundable once procured.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before production begins. If materials or preparation costs have been incurred, a partial refund may be issued after deductions.

Quality Concerns

If you receive a part that does not match the approved specifications, notify us within 7 days with photos and order details. We may offer a reprint or partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Design issues due to customer-provided files or specifications.
  • Wear and tear or misuse after delivery.
  • Minor cosmetic variations within acceptable tolerances.
